The new Q Condos promises new community performance space at 20 Queen in Downtown Kitchener

The original building at 20 Queen St. N. has a creative history of performing arts. Music filled the spaces since 1917 as the home of the Royal Conservatory of Music, the Ontario Conservatory of Music, the Elsie Ewald School of Dance and the Queen Street Conservatory Dance Studio. Momentum Developments will be planning to add shared community performance space, with scheduled music and art events, to the Goudies Lane area at the base of the new Q Condos, which is launching sales of the project in Spring 2022.
