The sold-out Garment Street multi-use development is located at the edge of the Innovation District and comprised of Momentum’s One Hundred Condominiums, GloveBox and Garment Street Condos. Garment Street pays homage the history of garment manufacturing that was prevalent in the early 1900s at this prime location. It was known that people would work, live and play, all within a short walking distance.

Garment Street is now home to a vast array of professionals drawn to downtown Kitchener’s technology companies and transit investments that have made Kitchener-Waterloo one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions.

The One Hundred Towers

One Hundred Condominiums was the first project that started the urban village of Garment Street. Today, the two towers overlook the Innovation District, joined by Garment Street Condos.

Garment Street Condos

When Garment Street Condos was introduced, the urban village began to take shape, cradling the Glovebox corporate centre to complete this multi-use development.

The original Huck Glove factory was carefully restored, retaining the big wood posts and beams and exposed brick. The addition of several floors of contemporary glass offices soon followed.
