Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic takes a walk with Charlie

Mayor Vrbanovic and the Momentum Partnership group toured the Charlie West development, and took in the outstanding views. Mayor Berry got quite the great view from the 31st floor overlooking Victoria Park.
